Mr. Cox has over 19 years experience in the IT industry and a proven track record of success taking businesses in new directions. Mr. Cox began his technology career at VSE (NASDAQ: VSEC), a defense contractor in 1988, where he spearheaded the launch of a new subsidiary, HRSI, to provide automated Human Resource management services. Mr. Cox then moved to MCI (NYSE: MCI), where he worked in the Ventures and Alliances group supporting critical relationships such as the MCI/News Corp Online Joint Venture. Later he joined eNet (NASDAQ: ETEL), a VOIP technology developer, where he headed up sales and marketing functions in this burgeoning sector, successfully taking the company public and bringing the Telecom 2000 product to market as an industry leader. Most recently, Mr. Cox served as Vice President Worldwide Business Development for Global Knowledge, a worldwide provider of IT training, where he launched a successful franchise program and initiated strategic relationships with numerous fortune 500 companies including CDW, Sun Microsystems, and Motorola. Mr. Cox graduated Summa cum Laude from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science Degree from its School of Business.
Mr. Jamieson is a proven senior information technology leader and decisive management professional with a 25-year leadership record of understanding collective operational objectives, managing multi-million dollar budgets, promoting people/staff development, and building strong customer relationships. Most recently, as Director of Engineering and Operations for Mentor Technologies, he was responsible for all product development and production operations for the vLab product, whose patents are included in the permanent archives of the Smithsonian Institute for Innovation. Previously, he held positions as Director of Security for MCI WorldCom Advanced Networks, a $350M data networking company, and Director, Network Infrastructure and Director, Infrastructure Development for CompuServe. Mr. Jamieson started his career as a systems programmer at GE, rising up through the ranks to hold a number of technical and leadership positions in software development, including Director of Engineering for the GEnie consumer on-line games, entertainment and information service, the #2 player in the industry at that time. He holds a MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a BS degree in Mathematics from Denison University.
